BuildWithU provides technology solutions and services including ERP, POS, E-Commerce, HRM, digital marketing, IT consultancy, technology evaluation, and FBR Digital Invoicing integration. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for engagements are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Where offered, a free trial lets you evaluate our services for the stated period at no charge and without a credit card. We may set up systems and migrate data during the trial. You are under no obligation to continue after the trial ends, and either party may end the trial at any time.

Prices shown on our website are indicative and may vary based on scope, region, and currency. Final pricing is confirmed in your agreement. Fees are due as set out in that agreement; taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Content on this website is owned by BuildWithU unless stated otherwise. Ownership of custom work delivered under an engagement is defined in the relevant agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.

The website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildWithU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the engagement as set out in your agreement. For website use, they are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
